Watch what you preach and stand for.... As a leader

14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication..... 16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.  Revelation 2:14-16

As a leader you have the opportunity to influence and affect lives....

One of the many reasons why people are under your lead is that your decisions will always count!! GOD knows you will say and stand for what is right, you will by all means ensure HIS people under your leadership go the right way due to your instructions!!

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 1John 2:15-17

You have to watch what you instruct people to do! Ensure it’s not against GOD'S WORD! As a Leader of CHRIST! Make sure you forget what the world is doing... Your people may try to influence you to act like the world, but you remind them that you have been elected as a leader by GOD and you must stand for HIS standards!!!

To be a true leader that always has something substantial to offer, it starts with the HOLY SPIRIT, who causes you to possess a deep revelation of the times and seasons!

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Joel 2:28

There is a time for everything, it won't be good when you tell your people fast when they should praise or to sell, when they should buy.... You need to understand the times and seasons and have a clear vision of what GOD is saying through the HOLY SPIRIT!!!

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

6 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26

You can be more than just an ordinary leader!! With GOD you can be more and you will always know what to do as GOD directs your steps!! Let HIM take the lead

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
