JESUS punishes sexual immorality

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. Revelation 2:20-23

Many people claim to be Christians and many things don’t seem to work out for them because, they are deep in sin.  

18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.

19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.

As a leader your sin will affect your success. GOD saw the prophet Eli as a sinner, and his sins as not being an effective father, which affected his nation and they were defeated and his son died and the ARK OF CONVENANT was stolen.. Read 1 Samuel Chapters 2 to 4

Time given to repent from sexual immorality

21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.. Revelation 2:20-23

Our time here on earth is an opportunity for us to repent… A time to deal with your sins, and surrender all to CHRIST.

Our life on earth is likened to a play I watched a few days ago, where a young man paid the price to marry a young lady, but the parents of the girl thought he was poor. He later left to his town to get his royal family to come with him to marry his wife.

During the time he was away, the young lady’s parent found another suitor for their child, and gave her away in marriage to someone who they thought was richer. By the time the first suitor came back, with his royal family, the young lady was sad about the whole thing and begged her way back to the prince’s arms, but he could not take her because she was not only married to another person but heavily pregnant as well. In reality there is really nothing the prince who signifies CHRIST can do about this. For this scenario represents CHRIST’S Second Coming.

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
