The nights of burning the oil, going the extra-mile, doing things many people don't know and you don't really care that they don't know at all, matters. Everything counts, your heart and thoughts towards, everything you do in life as leader, may not matter much to man, but it does to JESUS.

⁶ But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Days when one does things just to please man, forgetting that JESUS is the author of everything one does (Hebrews 12:2), HE should be the reason for one’s actions and reactions as a leader. JESUS doesn't wait for the end result, HE is already rewarding one based on attitude, intentions and heart to work.

Hard work, Charity, Service, Faith.... And Patience

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. Revelation 2:19

Works... JESUS says HE knows your works, HE knows if you're up to your duty with all your heart as a leader! Are you working as you ought to? Making sure you provide a perfect service to HIM, as your master, who put the job in your hands...

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 1John 3:16

In being a Leader working for CHRIST, learn to care for the welfare, of your people and the people around you! Ensure they are all in good health and everything is going well... And when they have issues, tell them they can solve their issues with the help of JESUS!
