It is all about being open mouthed.....

It is all about being open mouthed.....

Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Proverbs 31:8-9

Do not keep silent over an issue you know will adversely affect people's lives if nothing is done about it!

8 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Proverbs 31:8 King James Version (KJV)

Be a leader and speak out for the less privileged, who are deprived of their rights to fight for themselves, as humans and as your people!
It is essential that the people you serve should be number one priority to you. Their interests should remain more paramount than yours....

And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;
1 Kings 3:11 King James Version (KJV)

Even when Solomon was asked about what he wanted, he asked all in favor of the people. GOD appointed him to rule....

12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.

13 And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.
1 Kings 3:12-13 King James Version (KJV)

GOD really blessed Solomon for thinking about his people first and he was made the #Greatest King ever to live....

and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Proverbs 31:8-9 King James Version (KJV)

30 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the Lord; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin.

31 And Moses returned unto the Lord, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.

32 Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.

33 And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Exodus 32:30-33 King James Version (KJV)

Moses was a type of leader that helped to plead for his people before GOD despite their wrongs.....

Learn to give your people a second chance, and help them with their problems. Praying for them goes a long way. It answers many questions you can't solve on your own! You will always need the help of GOD as a leader....

Your people are a part of you. Whatever affects them affects you. Therefore, ensure that you know they are doing well!
