Victory, success and winning is important as a leader, these are started with brilliant and great ideas, which have to be divine. People get their inspiration from various places, as a Christian Leader yours should come from the HOLY SPIRIT.

Have a listening ear, get to know what HE is saying, before a trend starts HE knows about it. To get to know what is in or out, what should be done and what shouldn’t, starts with you having a listening ear and get to know what GOD is saying, HE does this by speaking through HIS HOLY SPIRIT

Overcoming or wining is important to JESUS, it is one way JESUS can use you as a leader to take over the world and turn it over to HIM.

The truth is if you don’t win, you can’t lead, people like to associate with the winning team, JESUS has already made everything available for you to win as a leader, by making the HOLY SPIRIT available, so take time out to work with the one who knows everything.
