Be very careful. The devil can use people who are led by the SPIRIT. Don’t give up on them as a leader. Mark 8:27-33

27 And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am?
28 And they answered, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others, One of the prophets.
29 And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.
30 And he charged them that they should tell no man of him.
31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.
Mark 8:27-33 King James Version (KJV)

Giving up on people seems to be an easy thing when they are slackers, not motivated to work and all that! As a leader, sometimes you just deal with it and stick with them, or sometimes pray that they quit and someone else starts to work for you. I don't mind slackers. I can deal with them any day, anytime, by praying to GOD for wisdom and Grace not to give up on them. People who are hard to work with are people who question the mission, purpose, and the goal of the whole operation. It's like scratching the skin with sandpaper or desiring to drink milk, and you get to drink an expired one!

JESUS as a leader had to deal with someone who didn't believe in His mission. It's hard sometimes to put up with a person who is like that.  What you need to do as the leader, is to put that person in line and tell him/her what you stand for and what the mission is. It's not a time to give up on the person and fire the person, or treat the person less, but it is time for you to encourage the person in the way. Take a look at the relationship between JESUS and Peter. Peter would be the worst worker to have. He said JESUS should not die, but during JESUS' #Trial he denied HIM, but JESUS did not do away with Peter.

As a leader ensure that you tell the instructions GOD has given you to the people, you ought to tell. Leviticus 21:24

As a leader, ensure that you tell the instructions GOD has given you to the people you ought to tell. Leviticus 21:24

GOD directs HIS leaders on how to deal with HIS people, but it's up to you to do something about it... Preach to the people what GOD has put in your heart ... Teach from past experiences and be sensible and practical with them. Show and explain to them as best as possible the essentials and benefits of a #Strong and #Solid #Relationship with #GOD. As a leader, put it upon yourself to make sure you are not leaving your people the same as they were. Personal growth for them is necessary, and it's necessary you're a part of their growth.

GOD needs the people HE has placed in your hands, and it's up to you to present good solid results.
Ask GOD for revelation on how to help your people because you have to meet people on different levels!

#Prayer Point: If ye shall #ask any thing in my #name, I will do it.
John 14:14 King James Version (KJV)

LORD, thank you for making me a leader for your will and purpose, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

LORD, give me the #Wisdom and #Skill to improve my people in the direction that you want for them and me, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

Be the #Leader that rules #Right!

Be the #Leader that rules #Right!

15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.
Proverbs 17:15 King James Version (KJV)

As a leader do not ever condemn the righteous, for it is an abomination before the LORD. Proverbs 17:15

As a Christian you tell yourself, "I will always do what is just". "I won't flow with the #Crowd. I will live for JESUS #Totally." However, when such person stays in power for a while, common sense begins to wither and we see "an all righteous leader" doing otherwise.

We saw this happen to David and Solomon. One would think that since they saw the divine hand of GOD helping and advancing them, they would not do anything against HIM! They did backslide, and did what was sinful in the sight of GOD!

The question arises. Can I become famous, rich, and powerful in life and still live entirely for JESUS? The answer is yes! Joseph was never drunk with power and lived every day for GOD, Daniel was a total righteous man, and above all JESUS became well known and powerful yet HE was always humble and loyal to GOD. (Research their stories in the Bible to learn about them).

The characteristic of successful and loyal people in the #Bible, is the fact that they always referenced GOD. They always gave HIM credit for everything every time someone wanted to give them honor for their works!

To always be in a place that you don't want to fall into the trap of the enemy, it comes from a sincere relationship with JESUS.

As a leader, you sometimes feel like you have everything under control and everything is ok. You sometimes don't know when you are dwindling in your performance, and sometimes as a leader with so much utterance, you may have a prestige where no one can rebuke you or tell you  "you're not really of excellent performance"... Alternatively, you may just be saying everything is going well giving a real and fundamental excuse for not doing this or that!

I used to think everything was ok. I just needed to sort a couple of things out and I would be back in business writing for GOD! However, days turned into weeks and weeks into months. A few days ago, I was praying against an attack by the enemy! GOD opened my eyes and I realized that I left the blogging business alone so that I can figure out my life and put things in order and then return. When I looked at my blogs' history, I found out that I hadn't touched some blogs in over 6 months! It's not a thing I would normally play around with. I would work on the blogs at least 3 to 4 times a month. Well, I thank GOD, HIS GRACE AND MERCY FOUND AND BROUGHT ME BACK! I always thought everything was under control! Nevertheless, sometimes we just need to be in the presence of GOD spending time with HIM. When stuff happens for no reason and you can't just explain why, go to GOD and seek HIS face. I was just spending time with GOD, speaking in tongues, which is a perfect way to pray when you don't even have the right words to utter what's in your heart to HIM since the HOLY SPIRIT HELPS US THROUGH THAT MEANS!

The GRACE OF GOD makes us perfect. HOLD ON. STAY STRONG. MAKE SURE YOU'RE DOING YOUR BEST TO BE WITH JESUS MORE EVERYDAY BY READING YOUR BIBLE, PRACTICING WORSHIP, PRAYING, AND FASTING! GOD BLESS YOU! LOVE YOU! JESUS LOVES YOU MORE!!!

#Prayer Point If ye shall #ask any thing in my #name, I will do it.
John 14:14 King James Version (KJV)

LORD, THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME A LEADER FIT FOR YOUR SERVICE, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

Psalm 150:1-2 King James Version (KJV)

LORD, HELP AND STRENGTHEN ME WITH YOUR GRACE TO BE CONSISTENT IN YOUR LOVE AND ALWAYS BE FOUND FAITHFUL IN YOUR EYES, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

 - Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 King James Version (KJV)

LORD, REMOVE EVERY DISTRACTION THAT PULLS ME AWAY FROM YOU, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace . Exodus 14:14 King James Version (KJV)

Unity in #Leadership

Unity in #Leadership

And Israel vowed a vow unto the Lord, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.
Numbers 21:2King James Version (KJV)

When you speak in unity, you say "I", and not "we". Numbers 21:2 #JESUS

Unity is an essential thing in leadership. When you and your people can come together under GOD and say "I"... that is the most powerful form of unity where everyone can see themselves as one under GOD. Therefore, nothing can stop you and your people's progress.

7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
1 John 4:7-10King James Version (KJV)

#Prayer Point 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. John 14:14King James Version (KJV)

LORD, HELP ME AND MY PEOPLE TO STAND AS ONE UNDER YOU, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
